The Influence of the Ratio Cutting Depth/Nose Radius of TNMG160408-P30 Plate on the Cutting Thermocurrent at Cutting OLC45 Steel
Journal Title: RECENT - Year 2015, Vol 16, Issue 46
Abstract
At metals cutting with metallic edges it appears an electrical current due mainly to the temperature in the cutting zone. Because the temperature in the cutting zone shows how the cutting process develops and the resulted electrical current estimates precisely the temperature, results that the electrical current at cutting is a simple diagnose method due to the possibility to be measured with accuracy. The paper shows the influence of the ratio between the cutting depth and nose radius of TNMG160408-P30 metallic carbide plate at turning OLC45 steel. It was chosen the influence of the ratio between cutting depth and nose radius of the plate because the phenomenon during the cutting process are developing differently in the nose radius zone than in the rectilinear part of the edge. The paper shows this aspect.

The present work is devoted to the developing of a general mathematical model for type-dimensional synthesis of function-generating mechanisms with four-bar topological structure and rotation of the input and the output....
Experimental Verification of a Software for Simulation of Centrifugal Casting Solidification
The software was developed to simulate the solidification of centrifugally castings with a rotationally symmetry. For the cast alloys that solidify in a temperature interval. The software uses a mathematical model with f...
Influence of Geometry of Hollow Rollers on the Contact Stress to the Large Bearings
The research answers to problems appeared in exploitation of large bearings, namely, uneven wear on the rollers and the raceways, as a result of high centrifugal forces. Currently, this problem is solved by execution of...
A Generalized Newton-Euler Algorithm for Dynamic Simulation of Robot-Manipulators with Revolute Joints
This article describes a procedure used to compose a set of second order differential equations in order to simulate dynamics of a multi-body manipulator's arm with revolution joints. The procedure is based on d'Alambert...
Tracking Control of Robotic Multi-Body Systems
This paper presents a simple methodology for obtaining the entire set of continuous controllers that cause a nonlinear dynamical system to exactly track a given trajectory. The trajectory is provided as a set of algebrai...
