THE INFLUENCE OF THE TEMPERATURE AND ANODIC CURRENT ON THE CHANGES OF TRIBOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF AL2O3/WS2 – PEEK/BG SLIDING COUPLE

Abstract

The paper describes the tribological behaviours of a sliding pair of Al2O3/WS2 layers – PEEK/BG material. The analysis of the results consists in determining the friction coefficient for the pair, stereometric measurements taken before and after tribological test, and also the intensity of PEEK/BG wear. The aim of this article is to determinate the influence of temperature and electric anodic current density used during hard anoding treatment in SFS electrolyte. The result obtained allow one to select a very best terms of technological treatment in order to get Al2O3/WS2 oxide layers that can be used in kinematic sliding pairs.<br/><br/>
