THE INFLUENCING FACTORS ON EFFICIENT USE OF LABOR RESOURCES OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article investigates the causes and factors that affect the efficiency of use of labor resources of the enterprise. The indicators of labor productivity, reflecting the results of the impact of internal and external factors on the activities of the enterprise are analyzed. The main emphasis is focused on the socio-economic factors that most affect the efficiency of labor resources, such as the deepening of scientific and technical progress, improvement of the material basis of production (equipment, technology) and the implementation of other organizational events taking place as a result of active work of people.
