THE INNOVATIVE MECHANISM OF DEVELOPMENT OF SERVICE CO-OPERATION IN THE HOUSING AND BUILDING- OPERATING SPHERES IN RURAL TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES

Abstract
The article states that the important task of public administration is to support the process of sustainable development of rural areas. The innovative mechanism of development of service cooperation in housing and building-operating spheres in rural territorial communities is revealed. Different aspects of service cooperation concerning building of housing and social infrastructure objects of rural areas in modern conditions are investigated. The expediency of establishing a housing-building service cooperative is substantiated. The measures of the targeted program of support of individual housing building in the village “Own House” in Cherkassy region are presented. The author notes that use of an innovative mechanism through the creation of housing-building service cooperatives should become the main priority of sustainable development of rural areas in the state.
