THE INSTITUTE OF AMINISTRATIVE LIABILITY OF PUBLIC AUTHORITIES: REALIZATION PROBLEM

Abstract
The subject of the research in the article is the imperfection of the public authorities’ administrative liability and its legal and factual reasons in order to Ukraine legislation. The research area is the tort liability. There isa logical association between the formation of perceptionof individual’s liberty in the state of law and the public authorities’ public liability. Also were given arguments that authorities should be held administratively liable.
