THE INTERRELATIONS BETWEEN NATIONAL AND UNIVERSAL VALUES AS A PREREQUISITE FOR THE PRODUCTIVE ACTIVITY OF THE FUTURE TEACHER

Abstract
Abstract. The anchor of education in the life of every nation, the only true way to establish human intelligence is the formation of a citizen who will inherit the national values inherited from his ancestors. Under conditions of a constantly changing society, approaches to the content and meaning of past cultural values and methods of their transformation change. Socio-economic changes at the beginning of the century, many external and internal political factors have had their sad effects, creating a fertile soil for the adventurous activity of various negative phenomena.In the face of such challenges, national values were often driven to the background as a result of the superficial knowledge or lack of knowledge about the value system inherited from their ancestors - often unpleasant surprises for globalization. The lasts had a negative impact on the identity, lifestyle and value system of the younger generation.In the conditions of current challenges, the strengthening of statehood is crucial not only to understanding modern, political, and economic and market relations and laws, but also to the formation of a nation-centered and national-minded generation. In such situations, serious work has to be done not only for the family, but also for the educational institution whose ultimate goal is to create a generation with a moral character, with national values.Today one of the most important mission of the future educator is the formation and development of moral and spiritual values inherent in the child, not only preservation, but also transmission.Therefore, the most important task of the 21st century future teacher is to study and teach not only the universal but also the value-rich works of the native culture for the right organization of upbringing and educational process, where people's mentality, worldview, humanitarian ideas and future dreams are expressed. All this is necessary to introduce a modern ethnocide who must reach the consciousness that the progress of public life is conditioned by the high level of knowledge and not only the creation and preservation of cultural values.
