The issue of loneliness in older people

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of loneliness as one of the main problems of older people. The most relevant views and approaches to understanding the problem of loneliness are revealed, the interactionist approach is considered, the temporal characteristics of the types of loneliness are outlined, types of behavior and types of personality of people of respectable age prone to experiencing loneliness are described.
