THE ISSUES OF IMPROVEMENT THEORETICAL AND LEGAL PRINCIPLES AND ORGANIZATIONAL PRACTICE OF POLICE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

Abstract
Nowadays the exacting demands are placed upon the policemen as a result of the criminogenic situation’s complication, increase of organized criminality, appearance of new types of crimes, usage of scientific and technological achievements in committing crimes. The successful solving of these problems depends on the professional training of the employees of Ukrainian National police, which main task is creation of organizational, legal, social, educational, psychological, material, technical, financial, economic and other prerequisites for the formation of highly professional personnel of Ukrainian National police to discharge their professional duties. The success of police work relies on the legal component of professional training. The qualitative legal awareness of police officers is the key to their further successful professional activities. The foreign experience of professional police training in developed countries is highly appreciated by Ukrainian experts. It attracts attention to improve the activity and development of the Ukrainian law enforcement system.
