THE LAW BASIS OF THE GENDER EQUALITY AND NON-DISCRIMINATION ON THE LABOUR MARKET

Abstract
The law basis of the gender equality on the labour market is determined in the article. The law-abiding acts which regulate the gender equality on the international and regional levels are studied. The evolution of the law basis for the gender equality realization in the Ukrainian legislation is analyzed.
