THE LEGAL NATURE OF SELF-DEFENCE OF CIVIL RIGHTS AS MEANS OF COUNTERACTION TO A CIVIL OFFENCE

Abstract
In the article the topical issues of the legal nature of self-defense of civil rights are studied: scientific approaches to the definition of the concept of self-defense, methods as elements of self-defense, and its signs. The scientific discussions on this subject are considered, and on the basis of the research own scientific conclusions are made.
