ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE SYSTEM OF STATE REGISTRATION OF RIGHTS FOR REAL ESTATE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the administration of registration of rights to real estate – the organizational and legal basis of the state registration system for real estate in Ukraine. In the context of the research the legal status of subjects entitled to register as a person who is responsible for maintaining the register of property is disclosed.
