Abstract
The article deals with the issues of theoretical substantiation of the national information resources formation, develop- ment and automated systems effecting using as the method of the information needs of the individual, society and the state satisfaction. The author outlines the nowadays problems in the field of public administration and information resources. The characteristic of information resources’ peculiarities is formulated there.
