THE LEGAL NATURE OF THE DISCIPLINARY LIABILITY OF CIVIL SERVANTS IN THE LAW ENFORCEMENT SPHERE

Abstract
The article deals with the theoretical and practical problems of the disciplinary responsibility of civil servants in the law enforcement sphere from the point of view of administrative and labor law in the context of the development of the service law. The membership of the institute of disciplinary responsibility of civil servants in the law-enforcement sphere to the complex legal education is substantiated. The importance of understanding the content and structure of disciplinary responsibility as an institute of administrative law is researched.
