THE LEGAL SPACE OF THE PERSON AND THE LEGAL MENTALITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to finding and researching the impactof the legal mentality to legals pace of the person, because in the context of the studying of spatial facet so fhuman existence, extremelyrelevantisidentify the factors, whichhave a significant influence on the formation of the legals pace of the person. It isestablishedthat considering the space of activity-perspective, as a specific rationality, whichisembodiedinregularly practiceofevery day life, itcanbearguedthatthelegalmentality of the personen compasses the guidelines, accordingtowhich a personactsand the reforelegalmentality to a large extentdetermines the legal space.
