THE LEGAL STATUS OF THE LOCAL COURT AND ITS EMBODIMENT IN THE FUNCTIONS OF THE STRUCTURAL UNITS TO ENSURE THE WORK OF THE COURT

Abstract
The nature of the legal category «legal status» was analyzed. The features of the local court of the legal status were determined. The structure of entities implementing the legal personality of the local court in the framework of its legal status was determined. The status of the individual structural units of the local court on the direct provision of the justice process was disclosed. The features of the administrative subsystem’s status of organizational support system of the local court functioning were analyzed.
