CLASSIFICATION OF PROCEDURAL INTERESTS IN THE CIVIL PROCESS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the disclosure of the classification of procedural interests in the civil process. The classification criteria for the separation of procedural interests have been formed: by the extent of the extent (general and special), and also depending on the subject (aimed at realizing the interests of justice and the interests of persons participating in the case).
