The legislation in the world parliaments

Abstract
In the article the author analyzed the forms of parliaments work; and special attention spares to parliament sessions. The article studies features of parliamentary chambers and underlines the value of quorum of deputies on meeting. The author underlines the main form of parliaments work – legislation and analyses the process of legislation. At markes, that together with lawmaking parliament analyzes different forms of control for implementation of laws. In the article author is analized the forms of parliaments sessions. The more attention is to the unusual and duty sessions; it alizes in constitutions and regulations. In the several countries is established days and kinds of parliament’s work. Necessity and value of quorum is investigates; and also demands to quantity of deputies on meeting and language of meeting.
