THE LINGUAHISTORICOGRAPHICAL ASPECT OF THE STUDY OF A SYSTEMIC NATURE OF LANGUAGE IN EUROPEAN COMPARATIVE-HISTORICAL LINGUISTICS OF THE XIX century – 30-s OF THE ХХ century

Abstract
The article is devoted to the linguahistoricographical aspect of the research works of European linguists of the XIX century – 30-s XX century: F. Bopp, J. Grimm, R. Rask, O. Vostokov, A. Schleiher, F. Buslaev, I. Sreznevskiy, A. Potebnya, P. Zhitetskiy, M. Kolosov, G. Ostgof, K. Brugmann, G. Paul, P. Fortunatova, N. Shahmatov, N. Durnovo, I. Baudouin de Courtenay, V. Bogoroditskiy, N. Krushewskiy and other researchers who revealed the system properties of the language in the works of historical phonetics of the Indo-European languages in theory and practice. The author investigated the studios of V. Zvegintsev, А. Chikobava, N. Chemodanov, R. Budagov, A. Reformatskiy, F. Berezin, V. Kolesov, N. Kondrashov, G. Melnikov, E. Kubryakova, V. Zhuravlev, T. Amirova, B. Olkhovikov, Y. Rozhdestvenskiy, V. Vinogradov, M. Kochergan, V. Postovalova, L. Іvanova, L. Zubkova, V. Glushchenko and others are investigated. The author examines the question of the relevance and importance of linguistic studies of this period. The article considers a systemic nature of the language as well as its further development in accordance with the particular historical and linguistic material (phonological level units).
