Abstract
This report is dedicated to five young Bulgarians who graduated in the town of Nikolaev and later in Odessa and other European universities. They solved the problems of the young Bulgarian state development. From the positions of their highly intellectual level, being specialists in their specific scientific fields, these practitioners are convinced of the need to develop state-law, natural and technical knowledge and skills. Reasonably they defend the role of science in the development of society. They all started their education in different places, but all of them have returned to their homeland to be useful to Bulgaria - an up-to-date example modern Bulgarian youth. For their contributions to the young Bulgarian science in the years after the Liberation they were elected as members of the Bulgarian Literary Society (today the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences) and their personal archives are kept in the Scientific Archive of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
