THE MAIN AREAS OF NEO-INDUSTRIALIZATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract

Purpose. Development of theoretical principles for defining of the problems of agricultural production, considering the process neoindustrialization of economy in Ukraine. Methodology of research. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the dialectical method of understanding social and economic phenomena, systematic approach and the basic provisions of the strategic directions. In the process of research, methods were used: systemic and structural; dialectical; concrete and abstract evaluation of processes to substantiate the conditions for the transition to a new technological approach and ensuring economic security, as well as to determine the strategic priorities of the country for the formation and efficient use of the potential of the agricultural sector. Findings. It is proved that a necessary condition for the transition to new technological order and ensuring of economic security is the balance between the prospects of development of major strategic industries such as machine building and instrument-making, agricultural production and food industry, mining industry, the development of unconventional energy sources and processing industry. The strategic priorities of the country lies in the formation and effective use of the potential of the agrarian sector alongside other sectors, the orientation on their own resources, and preservation of the natural environment and enhance human potential to facilitate the transition to new technological way. Originality. Justified a scientific approach to the development strategy of agriculture in the country, given the global trends neoindustrial modernization. Practical value. Development recommendations on the reform of agricultural production through optimization and modernization of production through the application of innovation and technical re-equipment of the industry and improving the investment climate of the country and the agricultural sector.
