THE MAIN PROBLEMS AND PECULIARITIES OF FORMATION OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL MECHANISM OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN THE SPHERE OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC SECURITY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
It was proved that in the field of social and economic security, it is necessary to apply the following state organizational methods. It was defined that these methods of state administration in the field of social and economic security make up the foundation for the relevant organizational state mechanism. The main peculiarities and problems of formation of this mechanism were specified. The legal frameworks of organizational necessary for social and economic security of Ukraine were analyzed. It was determined that they are organizational used depending on the the state of risk-resistance in the country, but which (used) should precede of the improvement of these legal principles.
