The mechanism of institutionalization of public-private forms of management is a constant spatial development of Ukraine

Abstract
The article has developed and substantiated the structure, content, as well as defined the functions and stages of the formation of the mechanism of institutional provision of public-private forms of management of sustainable spatial development. It consists of four subsystems (target, functional, provision, and public-private partnerships), whose functions are provided by synchronous flow of parabolic events from the intensification of the processes of development, exchange, redistribution, transformation and translation of natural resource assets. The conceptual and analytical model of implementation of the mechanism of institutional provision of public-private forms of management for sustainable spatial development has been constructed, which provides for: permanent improvement of its structure, content and functions in the three stages of the implementation of public-private partnership; selection and function of the basic regulators, which provide within the framework of the network structural and functional design of public-private partnerships.
