The Mechanism of Managing the Enterprise with the Account of Directions of Improving its Human Resources Policy

Abstract

The essence of the concept «personnel policy» is considered in the article, principles are specified, taking into account which it should be implemented at the enterprise, such as: combining individual goals of employees with the general objectives of the enterprise; Ensuring that the assigned tasks are assigned to an individual employee in terms of their capabilities and abilities; accounting for the personal qualities and professional skills of the employee in the performance of assigned tasks, as well as his constant self-development; availability of criteria for assessing the performance of staff and the application of various incentives and motives in the payment policy of employees of the enterprise. The mechanism of enterprise management is considered taking into account the directions of improving the personnel policy, and each of its component elements is influenced by environmental factors such as market conditions, the state of the economy, regulatory legislation, etc., which affect the adoption of managerial decisions not only for personnel , but also the enterprise as a whole. It is established that the implementation of these areas of improvement of personnel policy in the general mechanism of enterprise management will allow more optimally to distribute costs for staff maintenance, increase staff motivation for more complete return to work and ensure uninterrupted work, which in turn will affect not only economic growth but also social performance.
