Journal Title: Psychology and Education: A Multidisciplinary Journal - Year 2025, Vol 34, Issue 10
Abstract
This study examines the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between morale and work efficiency among police personnel at the Sarangani Police Provincial Office. Employing a descriptive-correlational research design with a sample of 114 participants, the study reveals significant relationships between job satisfaction, morale, and work efficiency. Results indicate that job satisfaction partially mediates the connection between morale and work efficiency, highlighting its critical role in enhancing operational outcomes. Recommendations emphasize the need for strategic policies to foster job satisfaction through improved working conditions, career development opportunities, and recognition systems to strengthen morale and work efficiency.
