THE METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES IMPROVEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL EFFICIENCY OF DRAINED LANDS NATURAL RECLAMATIVE REGIME EVALUATION CRITERIA

Abstract
Purpose. The problem of optimization of the reclamation regime of the drainage lands, which determine the overall environmental and economic effects of implementation of measures to enhance their adaptive capacity in the face of climate change has been pointed out. Methodology. Indicators (criteria) of the drainage lands natural and reclamation regimes environmental effectiveness have been justified with the aim of reducing the risk of conducting agricultural activity and the receipt of the benefits in terms of the climate change. Results. The article considers approaches to the evaluation of the technological burden overall level for conceptual natural and reclamation conditions at water regulation on the drainage lands. Originality. Practical value. Differentiated evaluation of the climate impact and reclamation factors on the drained lands water regime defines the rational methods of justification, the modes and the water regulation schemes and overall natural reclamation regimes of the drained lands, the types, the structures, the parameters and modes of the hydro-reclamation systems in compliance with the environmental requirements.
