THE MODEL OF COMMUNICATIVE AND DISCURSIVE CULTURE FORMATION OF THE FUTURE BORDERGUARD OFFICERS

Abstract

In this article the essence of the method of modeling and notion “model” are described; structural components of the model were disclosed; the model of formation of communicative and discursive culture of the future borderguard officers was presented; basic functions, that every graduate of the National Academy of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine named after Bohdan Khmelnytskyi must be ready to carry out, were analyzed; the main demands to his cultural level were distinguished. The model represents itself the features of the real object and that’s why perception is concentrated on those sides of educational process that were emphasized for studying and they are the sources of determined the training content. The modeling allowed investigating the demands, have been suggested by operative and service activity to the content of communicative and discursive culture of borderguard officers formation. With the help of the model of pedagogical system the variant of educational process has been investigated, structure and ties have been grounded that determine scientific basis of the content and pedagogical conditions of the communicative and discursive culture of the borderguard officers formation. On the basis of the analysis and generalization of experimental work results five basic blocks of the model have been presented: pedagogical conditions of communicative and discursive culture of the borderguard officers formation, the process of communicative and discursive culture formation, components of communicative and discursive culture, the levels of communicative and discursive culture formation and final result. The main result that reflects the effectiveness of model functioning is the positive dynamics of formation of communicative and discursive culture of borderguard officers components and levels of their communicative and discursive knowledge, skills and qualities that represent totally the communicative and discursive culture of borderguard officers that has been formed.
