THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE LAWYERS BY MEANS OF A FOREIGN

Abstract
The urgency of the need for new forms and means of forming and improving professional competence of specialists is determined by the global processes, particularly, such as standardisation of professional competences and open information space. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to represent the author’s organizational and professional conditions of the formation of professional competence of future lawyers by means of a foreign language. The author finds out the actual essence of the concepts of “means of learning” and “means of a foreign language”. The emphasis is on the use of open educational foreign language resources as new and up-to-date educational tools. The actual tendencies of developing the means of a foreign language for formation of professional competence of future lawyers are revealed (their wider usage in the process of professional training; dependence on the processes of globalization and informatization, rapid development of technologies; orientation to information society and open educational foreign language resources; means of a foreign language are the product of powerful stakeholders: international organizations, professional associations, institutions whose task is to promote a certain language in the world). The author also proposes the classification of foreign language means for the formation of professional competence of future lawyers (according to the general properties and the groups). The methods of scientific research, analysis and synthesis are widely used in the study.
