THE MODERN ENTERPRISE HUMAN CAPITAL PLANNING AND ASSESSMENT

Abstract
This article identifies the main approaches to the interpretation the category of "human capital". There are shown both advantages and disadvantages of these definitions, and it is provided the consistent definition. The basic features and characteristics of the capital are mentioned. They determine its heterogeneity and relationship with other immaterial (virtual) components of the total capital of the company. Present situation with human capital in Ukraine is taken into account. The reasons of its inadequate consideration are reported. The basic methods for assessing human capital are given with their positive and negative aspects of the assessment methods. The approaches for constructing a more accurate and efficient methods of human capital evaluation based on certain components are given. The notion of "human potential goodwill" is investigated and provides a way to calculate it according to V. Allaverdyan method.
