Journal Title: Біль. Суглоби. Хребет - Year 2013, Vol 1, Issue 9
Abstract
Morphological analysis of the structural organization of the tibial branch of the sciatic nerve of rats in the area of transplantation of autologous nucleus pulposus after treatment with adalimumab showed that in animals there had been observed decrease in the intensity of the inflammatory process in the epi-, peri-, endoneural tissues and significantly better preservation of ultrastructure of myelin and non-myelinated fibers in the peripheral nerve when compared with the untreated control group rats.
