THE NEED FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE TERMS IN ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE ACT AND IN ADMINISTRATIVE COURT’S PROCEDURE ACT

Abstract
The letter given to the Polish public post office makes, that the deadline will not be compromised. This is necessary, to change the provisions of Polish Administrative Procedure Act and in Administrative Court’s Procedure Act: in the future also the letter given in the European public posts will should make, that the deadline will not be compromised. The initiation of a full range of non-discrimination on grounds of nationality, must also decide to amend the relevant provisions of Polish Administrative Procedure Act and in Administrative Court’s Procedure Act.<br/><br/>
