THE NEED FOR TRANSFORMATION OF THE TECHNICAL REGULATORY SYSTEM IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyses the system of technical regulation of Ukraine. Focus on the need to reform the current regulatory system in accordance with European norms. Analyses the legal provision of the regulatory system and its transformation. The European direction of development of the country determines the need for a detailed analysis of the mechanism of technical regulation in the EU. It is the European regulatory system is currently one of the most efficient in the world. Detailed study of and compliance with the EU regulatory system will allow Ukrainian manufacturers to improve the quality of their products. In turn, this will increase the level of investment attractiveness of Ukraine in General. The transformation of the system of technical regulation on the principles operating in the EU is an urgent need for further development of the country. Bringing the rules and procedures of the Ukrainian system of technical regulation in line with European norms will significantly expand the markets for Ukrainian entrepreneurs.The result of these processes will be a general increase in the level of social stability and well-being of the country
