THE ORDER OF PLANNING THE RATIONAL USE OF EXPLOSIVE UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLES IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TASKS ON THE PREVENTION OF RIOTS BY THE NATIONAL GUARD OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article proposes a procedure for planning the rational use of reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicles when performing tasks to curb riots by the National Guard of Ukraine, which is based on choosing the shortest route by solving the traveling salesman problem using the branches and borders method. In preparing the plan for the rational use of reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicles, the geo-information system “Instrument”, which was developed at the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine, is used.
