The organization of wages for teaching in higher education establishments of Ukraine in the economic crisis

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of labor remuneration for the leadership roles of teaching in higher education establishments in the Ukraine. Ideas are highlight about the necessity to develop the financial support teaching practices for students because they do not meet the requirements of applicable laws and regulations and financial capabilities of higher educational institutions, as well as, the changes that have taken place in the socio-economic relations in Ukraine. The article deals with the staff teaching salaries for their management of students practice using the example of the Khmelnitsky Humanities and Pedagogical Academy. The author determined the effective forms of cooperation between the university and practice bases that allow saving a place for the passage of various types of teaching practices for students, and the ability to fully realize the potential of the teaching staff of higher education establishments, including its practical orientation.
