The Current State of Professional Training of LLM Students in International Arbitration in the New York University School of Law

Abstract
The article shows that globalization processes of modern society not only open new opportunities of development and growth, but also cause problems and conflicts, which can be settled by specialists of a new generation, namely arbitration lawyers. The author describes one of the best Master programs in the field of international arbitration offered by the New York University School of Law. The article enumerates the main factors that ensure effective training of future arbitration lawyers in this higher educational institution.
