The outreach structures of OUN mobile groups and their tasks

Abstract
The information and propaganda activities among the population of the occupied territory of Ukraine was one of the main activities of the mobile groups of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists in the years of the Soviet-German war. Structures of outreach created in mobile groups OUN both departments. Principles of campaign activities mobile groups’ war clearly defined before the start of the war. However, during the occupation they have repeatedly changed. It defines the conditions and characteristics of the underground struggle. In the context of the German occupation of Ukrainian nationalists to create a clear structure of centres. Outreach mobile groups had to have a good education, ability to establish social contacts. Mobile groups had to use different means of propaganda: verbal, printed, pictorial. Mobile groups OUN(B) and OUN(M) created in the Ukrainian lands of cultural and educational society’s network. The activities of these companies contributed to the education of young people in the nationalist spirit. These societies became the official representatives of the national aspirations of the inhabitants of different regions of Ukraine. At the same time, they were legal cover promotional structures OUN. Outreach mobile groups OUN embraced various social groups in all regions of the occupied Ukraine. Thus created the basis for the activities of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army. These results war achieved thanks to the vigorous activity of marching bands OUN(B) and OUN(M). In a short time, the members of these groups have managed to create in almost all regions of Ukraine its propaganda cells.
