The peculiarities of integrated learning at the elementary school in Poland and the role of a teacher in the conditions of educational changes

Abstract

The article deals with the peculiarities of integrated education in Poland and the necessity to rethink the professional profile of a teacher of integrated elementary education. The scientists have justified the theory and practice in the field of integrated education in a retrospective and modern contexts. The essence of integrated learning which lies in creating conditions for the students to cognate and understand the world is described.
