Tendencies and factors of labour migration in Ukraine in global social transitivity situation

Abstract
The article analyses the mainstream tendencies, factors, content and form of labour migration from Ukraine in the context of social transitivity increase in modern world under the influence of Industry4.0. results and geopolitical changes of the beginning of 21st century. The special attention is concentrated on the analysis of labour migration social consequence of Ukrainians to Poland, Russian Federation, Hungary, Italy, Spain and other countries.
