The Perception of Investors on Real Estate Sustainability in Ghana

Abstract

The study seeks to find out the perception of investors on sustainability in line with the triple bottom line approach of sustainability in the real estate sector of Ghana. Research data was collected using survey questionnaires to solicit the views of targeted real estate investors in Ghana. The data collected was analysed using cross tabulations, mode, median, minimum and maximum values.
