The perception of municipal offices service of disabled people quality by office staff.

Abstract
The aim of the publication is to present the results of research in the use of e-government by the people with disabilities. The analysis highlighted the disabled customer satisfaction, the advantages of e-government methods used to communicate with the office. Also analyzed the relationship between customer satisfaction and other disabled studied variables. The study was conducted on the example of the municipal authority.
