THE PHENOMENON OF CREATIVITY IN THE CONTEXT OF THE RESEARCH DEVOTED TO THE EFFICIENCY OF THE FUTURE PRESCHOOL EDUCATORS’ TRAINING

Abstract
The role and place of creativity problem within the context of the research devoted to the efficiency of the future preschool educators’ training have been defined. It has been proved that preschool educators’s activity is determined not only by the need of obtaining a high level of common culture, professional and pedagogical competence but also by the ability to approach to the solution of various pedagogical situations in an untraditional way, to conduct his / her activity on creative basis, which allows preschool educators to form and achieve the goals of education for preschool children adequate to their age, education and development abilities; to model expedient changes in organization, structure and contents of the educational process at a preschool educational establishment, to implement corrective measures into the process of child’s development purposefully and in a timely manner. The main directions enabling the revelation of the phenomenon “creativity” in today’s theoretical and methodical researches of different aspects of the future preschool educators’ training in the field of professional activity have been characterized. The analysis of the problem of creativity within the context of the research in the field of theoretical and methodical aspects of the future preschool educators’ training in professional activity gives enough reason to state that creativity is declared to be a constituent of the modern education paradigm; a result of the future preschool educators’ training to professionally act (development of creative personality, formation of creative potential, formation of creative abilities, etc.); an especial, the highest level of preparedness to professional activity; a condition for efficient professional training targeted to the future preschool educators; a means of training in professional activity; a training stage.
