THE PLURALITY OF SUBJECTS IN THE OBLIGATIONS ARISING AS THE RESULT OF CAUSING HARM

Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of plurality of subjects in the obligations arising as the result of causing harm. The plurality of subjects both on the side of the debtor (a person who owes a debt) and on the side of the creditor (victim) is characterized. The cases of partial, solidarity and subsidiary plurality of subjects in the obligations arising as the result of causing harm are investigated.
