The presumption of ensuring the proof of guilt as one of the fundamental principles of criminal proceedings: peculiarities and meanings

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of certain provi- sions of the presumption of ensuring the proof of guilt, its importance for an effective and fair investigation, consideration and resolution of criminal proceedings. The views of scientists regarding the understanding and meaning of the basis of the research are researched, as well as the national criminal procedure legislation, which defines the main provisions of the presumption of ensur- ing the proof of guilt.
