THE PRINCIPLE OF THE EXTRATERRITORIALITY OF THE COORDINATION OF LAND MANAGEMENT PROJECTS, AS ONE OF THE MECHANISMS FOR PREVENTING AND COMBATING CORRUPTION IN THE SPHERE OF LAND RELATIONS

Abstract
The article is based on analysis of corruption risks that arise in the sphere of land relations, is considered one of the corruption risks that arise during the approval of land management projects on land allocation the ownership or lease. Considers the measures taken jointly by the Government of Ukraine, Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine and the State Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre for his removal and the results of the implementation of the pilot project approval land management projects on the principle of extraterritoriality.
