The priority in determining the debtor’s property in case of the charge on him: problematic aspects

Abstract
The article examines the problems of priority in determining the debtor’s property in case of the charge on him. It is concluded that the basis of the priority stipulated by law in determining the debtor’s property and the procedure for its implementation consists of two principles of enforcement proceedings: the principle of promptness and the principle of protecting the debtor’s rights. According to the results of the research, there have been made some suggestions to improve legislation on enforcement proceedings.
