The Problem of Formation Ability to a Reflection of Future Nurses in the Course of Professional Training

Abstract
Changes that occur in modern society determine the necessity of new requirements for professional competence and the process of his training. Therefore there is a need to find effective methods of training of future specialists. The analysis of approaches of scientists concerning definition of the concept "reflection" is presented in the article, as well as the essence of the problem of formation the reflexive abilities necessary for the future nurses for conducting of professional activities. The role and importance of communicative skills, future specialist creative activity, his ability to self-organize his own cognitive activities aimed at mastery knowledge, skills and methods of their introducing into solving professional situations are revealed. For effective implementation of modern medical nurses used medical process. It provides evidence-based method of action for clear medical sister assisting. Nursing process makes it possible to meet the individual needs of the patient, the family and society. It aims to support individual and optimal patient care. The use of nursing process in nursing enables the individual needs of the patient, the family and society; it aims to support individual and optimal patient care. Also the ability and the necessity of creating professional conditions for ensuring a reflection development of applicants of the higher education are mentioned. Formation of reflection for future nurses is most advisable to implement during training, where the focus concentrated on the modeling professional.
