THE PROBLEM OF LYRIC CYCLIZATION IN “EVENING LIGHTS” BY A. FET

Abstract
The article studies a first edition of 1883 “Evening Lights” by A. Fet from the point of view of its content, structure and genre organization, possibility to designate it to a category of lyric cycle. The authors approach this edition research on the basis of generalization of already existing lyric cyclization experience that helps to define lyric cycles main types and their specificity. A methodological approach to this collection examination as a cyclic unity complicated by intertextual as well as thematic and genre connections between separate poems and groups of poems was chosen. The idea that “Evening Lights” by A. Fet can be estimated as a stage in the process of more integral cyclic unities formation in the works of poets at the end of XIX and beginning of XX centuries was founded by authors.
