The Problem of Origin of Record Books of Borough and Terrestrial Courts in the Ukrainian Lands in the 15th–18th Centuries

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of origin and establishment of the record documentation of borough and terrestrial courts in the territory of Ukraine. Besides, the governmental approaches for the preservation of act books are highlighted too.
