The reaction of the Huzar cultivar of spring oilseed rape to the density of sowing and to leaf feeding with urea

Abstract
In years 2007–2009 field research was carried out targeted at the establishment of a reaction of the Huzar cultivar of spring rape to varied density of seed sowing (4, 6, 8 kg/ha) and to leaf feeding with urea. It was observed that the number of silique on the plant decreased with the increase of the amount of sowed seeds and mass of 1000 seeds was considerably smaller only in case of sowing density at 8 kg/ha in reference to the standard 4 and 6 kg/ha. Urea feeding considerably influenced the number of silique on a plant, but it did not modify the number of seeds in the silique and mass of 1000 seeds. The examined amount of sowed seeds did not considerably influence the crop of seeds. The crops were positively influenced by urea application. The obtained considerable difference as compared with the control sample amounted on average to 0.18 t/ha. The increase in sowing standards considerably decreased the content of general albumen in seeds but did not influence the content of raw fat. Urea application considerably increased the content of general albumen in seeds but the content of raw fat decreased in comparison with the control sample. The crop of biological raw fat was considerably higher when sowing 6 kg of seeds/ha in comparison with sowing 4 and 8 kg of seeds/ha. Leaf feeding did not considerably change the efficiency of raw fat per ha.
