The reality of health services through reforms

Abstract
Constitute a health system concerns large State to knead it related services sector not as his services to several considerations for the most important services at the level of the individual and the community's aspirations in this regard, the State has adopted a new reform policy, wanted to improve the situation of the whole health system workers and beneficiaries. Therefore we will try in this article to address the most important aspects of this reform, the objectives of these reforms through a field study involving health services in a hospital in the southwest of the country.
