THE REFUSAL OF PROPERTY RIGHT AS LEGAL ACT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of refusal of property right as strong-willed act of the participants of civil relations. Volitional aspects of refusal of property right as well as its consequences are analyzed. Legal risks of refusal of property right for participants of civil turnover are defined.
